holidays are a thing despised by retirees without kids or grandkids
what to do? if there were no federal or state holidays employers could give each employee say 7 days off for holidays. they would pick the ones they wanted to observe
this way business & gov. offices could be open all m-sats. or even sundays if local ordinances allowed
another benefit would be avoiding all the crazy rushing abt of people at mandated holidays & lower death rates on the hiways
doesnt it seem that gov is the root of all problems
